In this workbook, we focus on three types of boundaries: physical, mental, and emotional. Our comprehensive approach helps you take charge of your own personal safety so that you can better protect yourself in any situation.

  • Physical boundaries include understanding your own personal space needs, as well as being comfortable with touch, plus recognizing physical health needs like food, water, and rest.

  • Mental boundaries encompass respecting your opinions, beliefs, and thoughts without fear of judgment or criticism from others.

  • Finally, emotional boundaries cover accepting and honoring your energy and feelings – both positive and negative.
