Book a Class
Situational Awareness. Begins here.
Why should I take a class?
Talking about Situational Awareness, fear, and real-life scenarios (where something happened or ALMOST happened) can be scary. If we keep those fears to ourselves, they can grow and make us feel isolated, crazy or helpless.
Grab your co-workers, friends or family, and let’s have that conversation. You invite who you want and pick the location, and Kelly will create a custom training program, specific to the needs of your group, so you can move forward and live life on your own terms!
The presentation is a mix of information, helpful tips and real-life scenarios. The class typically lasts 2 hours. If you need something shorter or longer, we are happy to work with you to customize the presentation.
Participation is highly encouraged and often, when one person shares their story, it gives someone else the courage to speak up. We let everyone have time to share (within reason of course!).
What To Expect
On top of the education piece, we will share real-life scenarios from other women. We learn about what can happen and how we can better prepare to handle a situation if it happens to us.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
It seems like a long class. Will I be "talked at" the whole time?
No, we encourage questions and class participation. The time goes by very quickly.
Can male and females be in the class at the same time?
Yes! Everyone can work on being more situationally aware.
Will you be offering additional classes? ie. Next level classes?
Yes! We are always working on creating additional classes based on feedback and requests.
Do you teach any physical self-defense movements?
We have many partner companies who are trained and certified in self-defense. We would be happy to work with you to create a package with both the presentation and physical self-defense training.
Have more questions?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
A great way to educate yourself and your teens on being aware of what is going on around you as well as tips on handling potentially dangerous situations.
Kelly’s class is engaging, timely, and relevant to our daily lives. She didn’t fear-monger or make me feel like the boogey man is around every corner. Instead, I felt better informed and empowered.
