10 Training Modules

(Click on a module to learn more)

#1 Messengers of Intuition

Your intuition will communicate with you in different ways. The messengers of intuition can range from nagging feelings, a suspicion or a sense of apprehension, to the strongest messenger- fear. Learn how to use your intuition to protect yourself and your loved ones.

#2 Using Your Senses

When you think about observing your surroundings, you’re probably going to associate that with sight; seeing what’s in your environment. While your sight plays a large role in observing your environment or establishing a baseline, almost all your other senses can have significant impacts on your observations. Learn how to use them to increase your personal safety.

#3 Body Language Clusters

When you learn to read and understand body language signals, you are better equipped to understand what those signals mean to you. Learn what those signals are and how you can observe them in your everyday life.

#4 Daily Habits

This is one of my favorite things to teach- daily habits you can do to become more aware starting right now! You have the ability to be more present in your everyday life that don’t require any money, anyone else helping you or any fancy training. That ability is called your intuition, and all you have to do is start listening to it. Check out this module for games to play to build your situational awareness skills!

#5 Awareness When Traveling

Whether you choose to travel solo, with another person or travel in a group, for work or for fun, here are some things to do before, during and after your trip to stay safe.

#6 Setting Boundaries

Physical boundaries are easy to see- a fence, a wall or a sign. It’s very clear when a physical boundary is crossed. How do you set your own boundaries (physical and mental) and communicate them to others?

#7 Social Media Safety

For this video, we are going to go over social media and mobile device safety tips. With all the different platforms and apps out there, this video could be hours long. In order to keep it short and sweet, I’m going to share some basic tips that you can apply to just about anything online.

#8 Describing People

Describing a person sounds easy-until you have to do it. We’ve all heard that eyewitness accounts are not the most reliable. In this video, I’m going to give you tips and tricks on describing people.

#9 Situational Awareness with Kids

A topic I get asked about frequently is how to talk to kids about situational awareness. Parents, Grandparents, Guardians, Mentors, Teachers, Coaches…almost every adult interacts with kids, whether they’re your own or not. They all want to know, “how do I talk to kids about situational awareness that’s age appropriate?”

I’m going to give you some tips and ideas on what to teach kids but ultimately, you need to decide what you’re comfortable with and you NEED to talk to kids about being aware of their surroundings. You should also tell them what to do if they ever feel uncomfortable around another person. Remember, the issue isn’t strangers, it’s the behavior of strangers.

#10 Self-Defense Basics

I believe people should learn a variety of different ways to defend themselves including setting healthy boundaries, removing themselves from a situation or avoiding it all together by being more situationally aware. However-in this video, we are going to talk about your last resort, self-defense in the physical sense.

– Kelly Sayre

What is Situational Awareness?

There are plenty of self-defense class options out there, but…
What if, you could see a potentially dangerous situation
before it happens?
What if, you could practice every day to keep yourself
safer and more confident?

When you’re
situationally aware you:

Know what suspicious behaviors and actions to LOOK for in your environment.
Know what to DO if you start feeling uncomfortable.

Know how to PROTECT yourself and loved ones before a situation occurs.

No one thinks they will be the victim of a crime…until they are.

By taking a few minutes a day (or 1 hour total if you watch all the videos consecutively!), you can learn simple tips and techniques to start enhancing your intuition. Learn how to be more aware of your surroundings and the people in it.

What is your safety and the safety of your loved ones worth?

It’s priceless.

What is the cost to your mental and physical health to worry about the “what ifs?” and “could it happen to me?” questions?

Becoming situationally aware takes
training and practice.

Your body can’t go where your mind hasn’t gone.

Learn How To:

›  Keep yourself and your loved ones safe in everyday situations
›  Avoid potential dangers by knowing what to look for
›  Spot potential danger learning body language clusters
›  Outsmart criminals by getting insider tips of how they target people
›  Carry yourself with CONFIDENCE to live your best life!
